QuickTest / Heakin provides a nationwide network of 64 locations covering 38 markets in 25 states, that ClickIQ has integrated into its IQPortal solution in a customized fashion to meet its clients' mall-intercept data collection needs. Through Project Builder, users quickly and efficiently create and launch a mall intercept event, either network-wide or at a specific mall location. Mall staff input responses directly into IQPortal (via QuickMall, a proprietary application used exclusively for ClickIQ clients), thereby allowing collected data to be accessible in real time instead of using labor-intensive paper methods.
